Tesra License 1.0
This version applies to assets released with Tesra License 1.0.
This product draft must be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
What you may do
- Use the released asset in commercial and non-commercial projects, including client work, websites, presentations, campaigns, and social media.
- Crop, resize, combine, and otherwise adapt the asset for the project in which it is used.
- Share the asset with employees and contractors only as needed to complete that project.
What you may not do
- Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the original file available as a standalone stock asset, template, wallpaper, or download.
- Do not claim exclusive ownership of the underlying AI-generated image or use the asset to imply endorsement by a person, company, or brand.
- Do not use the asset in unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or privacy-invasive ways.
Important boundaries
- This is a non-exclusive licence. Similar or identical AI-generated outputs may exist elsewhere.
- The licence does not clear third-party rights that may arise from a recognisable person, trademark, logo, character, product design, or other protected material.
- If an asset is suspended after a rights review, stop new uses and replace it where reasonably practical.
